Innerwear Size Chart

Size chart

Find your waist or jeans size below. Measure your body at the hip bone, not the garment.

Size Waist (in) Waist (cm) Jeans

Between two sizes? Take the bigger one. Nine in ten of our exchanges are for the next size up.

How to measure properly
  1. Stand relaxed. Don't hold your stomach in — you won't be holding it in all day.
  2. Run the tape around your hip bone, roughly an inch below your navel. That's where the waistband sits, not your natural waist.
  3. Keep the tape level all the way round and snug, not tight. One finger should slide under it.
  4. Measure over bare skin or a thin t-shirt.
Not sure about your size? Answer one question and we'll pick it for you.

What waist size are your jeans?

Go by the number on the label, even if it's an old pair.

We rebuilt this chart from every size exchange we've processed, so the numbers here are ours, not a borrowed template. M and L cover about seven in ten of our orders. Your jeans label is not your waist — most jeans marked 32 measure closer to 33 or 34 inches, so the Jeans column already adjusts for that.
