The Pros

Hygiene first. Unopened only.

Only sealed pieces are eligible. Opened pieces stay with you. Reverse shipping is on us regardless of pack size.

Important Keep the opened pieces. Don't send them back — only unopened pcs are picked up and replaced.
02 · T-Shirts & Other Apparel

No returns. No exchanges.

We keep tee margins tight to keep prices fair. The only exception:

The exception Damaged or wrong product → free replacement OR full refund (product + shipping). Reverse pickup at our cost. Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
03 · Not Satisfied? (unopened innerwear only)

Three ways to resolve.

Refund

Product value minus ₹200 reverse handling fee.

Store Credit

Full order value, no deductions.

C

Exchange

Equal-value product. No deduction. One swap per order.

Heads up The ₹200 fee applies to any refund where reverse pickup is used, regardless of reason. It does not apply to damaged / wrong product refunds — those are full.
04 · The Process

Six steps. Start to finish.

Realistic end-to-end timeline: 8–12 days.

  1. Raise your request:

  2. Approval within 24–48 hours.
  3. Reverse pickup arranged within 24–48 hours of approval.
  4. If pickup is missed, self-ship to: Clotrio Tiruppur WH

  5. Inspection & processing once parcel reaches us.
  6. Refund credited within 10 working days of QC clearance to original payment method. (COD: share UPI / bank when raising request.)

Don't want to wait 8–12 days? Hand the unopened packs to the delivery agent yourself, film it, send it.

  1. Record clearly — show the unopened pcs being handed over.
  2. Wait until the agent seals the packet. Capture this on camera.
  3. Send the video on WhatsApp.
  4. We verify and dispatch your exchange immediately — no warehouse wait.

The hard rules.

  • Tags, packaging & product condition must be intact.
  • Self-ship without valid tracking → not processed.
  • Sale, clearance & bundle items are final sale unless damaged / wrong.
  • Opened innerwear is non-returnable, ever.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage / wrong claims.
  • Reverse pickup must be arranged by Clotrio.
