Only sealed pieces are eligible. Opened pieces stay with you. Reverse shipping is on us regardless of pack size.

No returns. No exchanges.
We keep tee margins tight to keep prices fair. The only exception:

Damaged or wrong product → free replacement OR full refund (product + shipping). Reverse pickup at our cost. Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

Equal-value product. No deduction. One swap per order.
Heads up
The ₹200 fee applies to any refund where reverse pickup is used, regardless of reason. It does not apply to damaged / wrong product refunds — those are full.
