At Clotrio, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. General Information

1.1 Processing Time: Express Shipping Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, while Standard Shipping Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Shipping Options: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and, we offer Free Delivery promotions – stay tuned!

2.2 Delivery Estimates: Express Shipping orders are delivered within 3-5 business days via AIR, and Standard Shipping orders are delivered within 6-7 business days via SURFACE. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers become active within 48 hours of shipment.
