Exchange & Return Policy

At Clotrio, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an exchange, return, or refund, as per the guidelines below.

 

Timelines for Return & Exchange Requests

  • T-Shirts & Other Products: Requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Innerwear: Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery (special hygiene rules apply).

Requests made beyond these timelines will not be eligible.


Innerwear

Size Exchange

  • If only 1 packet is opened from a multi-pack order (e.g., 6 pieces), we will replace all items at no cost.

  • If 2 or more packets are opened, a ₹200 reverse shipping fee will apply, and only unopened packs will be replaced.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect innerwear product, we will replace it promptly at no additional cost.


T-Shirts & Other Products

Size or Product Exchange

  • For size or product changes (when there is no fault in the item), a ₹200 standard reverse shipping fee will apply.

  • Once the original product is received and passes the quality check, the replacement will be dispatched.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it promptly at no additional cost.

Product Not Meeting Expectations (Unsatisfied Purchase)

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations — whether in colour, fit, style, or overall preference — we respect your decision.

Process:

  1. Reverse Pickup: We arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  2. Post-Quality Check Options:

  • Refund of the product price, excluding two-way shipping and packaging charges, OR

  • Store credits worth the full amount with a discount code for future use, OR

  • Immediate exchange with another product.

Refund Timeline:

Any approved refund will be processed within 10 days of quality check completion.

 

General Conditions

  • Products must be in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after our quality check is complete.

  • Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
