Undies Return and Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Understatement Innerwear

 

At Clotrio, we prioritize hygiene, comfort, and fairness for every customer. Due to the intimate nature of innerwear, we follow a strict but reasonable return and exchange policy for our Understatement line.

Tamper-Proof Packaging

Each innerwear product is packed in a one-time-use, tamper-proof seal with a security sticker. Once opened, the packaging cannot be resealed or reused. This ensures that all customers receive fresh, hygienic products every time.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers are allowed to open one piece from their order to try for fit and comfort. If the product does not meet expectations in terms of size or fit, you may request a return or exchange for the remaining unopened, sealed items.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges can be made for sizing or style, provided the items remain sealed and unused.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the form of Clotrio Cash Points, which can be used for any future purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item has been unsealed, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • More than one piece from the same order has been opened.

  • The return is requested due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the item and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method or arrange for a free replacement.
